Bllahhh

I am finally feeling better, not much but any counts I guess. After being sick for almost 5 days, not just sick, but in bed cant get out sick. I am back to the daily routine trying to get by and do it with a smile. I was going to watch my cute little nephew for my sister who is in Texas but I am not up to par and I am sad about that!
We have the parade today, Kelsey is in it with the drill team, and they are having a fundraiser tonight, Band Jam should be fun, food, music, family what more could you ask for?
Jordan, Veronica and Justice are here they got in late last night and we are super excited to spend some time with them.

My baby

I have been struggling lately with Kelsey, being thirteen going on 25 is a hard place to be, and I do know that! Every day I see this sad little face with tears streaming down it and no way to stop her hurt. What is a Mom to do, I have tried to talk to her tried to tell her she is better than this and that boys are not worth all of this heart ache.
She had a "boyfriend" for about 6 months or so, Curtis, and he broke up with her last week, Breaking her little heart. Now I know how that feels I am no stranger to a teenage broken heart I had a few myself, mostly I gave them but once in a while I got one, now being an adult I see how silly it was, is, and want to help her avoid the pain.
Most people laugh at her, laugh it off like it doesn't matter, but to her it does, no matter how you feel about it, it matters to her. The worst thing that has happened to you is STILL the worst thing that has ever happened even if it seems silly to others.
I know this will pass and I guess this is part of growing up, but man I hate to watch her so sad!

SNNAAAKKE

So we went up the Canyon last night to roast hot dogs, and make smores. We were sitting around after we ate, and Kayden being the adventurous boy he is, went running up the mountain to see what he could see. Little did he know that would be a baby rattle snake, he managed to get past it without seeing it on the way up, but on the way back down, not so lucky. He stood at the top of the mountain, stiff as a board and scared to death. Tony went up to help him and they both got down without incident. We are very lucky! Kayden was pale as a ghost and crying, so sad!

I have totally neglected my blog, I hate when people do that. So this is what I have been up to: Jozee had 3 puppies she had 2 females and a little male, the male didnt make it, we were all very sad. I still have the 2 females and they seem to be doing well, so far so good.
Jordan is out visiting, so we have been staying busy trying to keep kids entertained. He will be leaving on Sunday and we will miss him.
My cute cousin Alyix got married to the love of her life and that was super exciting. Both of my kids were in the wedding it was fun to see Kayden in a tux, such a handsome boy, Kelsey was beautiful too, in her 4 inch RED heels!
We went out boating Sunday and my some of my brothers came out, it was good to see Cody and Chay, and my little nephew Carson. We all got a little sun burnt, more sunscreen next time!
We are planning on going to Seven Peaks Friday so if anyone wants to meet up there that would be super fun! I am trying to find something fun for the kids to do for the 4Th, if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
