So, my house is finally almost put back together, after the kitchen flooded(thanks Gidget) we were able to get all new flooring in the Kitchen, dinning room, living room, and family room. We did hardwood in the family room and living room, also down the hall, and tile in the kitchen WOW what a job, my cute husband did all the work (little help from friends). It took about two weeks to get it all done, but it turned out great! He never knew he had it in him (me either). I am very proud of him and all he has learned d to do, thanks everyone for NOT helping us, he has been able to learn and I am glad.
Thanks for helping Curty you are a great friend who has always been there!

Christmas

Well here it comes, the holiday we all look forward to coming... and going... I am excited for Christmas but not the headache that comes with it! I am done shopping, almost done wrapping, not doing any baking, and found our family to help this year already got it delivered. I am not really sure were the dread is coming from? I was super excited but with the split down the middle of my family tree I am in total disarray. I know it will all work out, I know I should have faith, love and all of those things but have you ever met my family? Why o why cant we all just get along?

Thanksgiving!

Well we made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas is approaching very quickly. We were super busy during our Thanksgiving break, we got our family pictures taken, made gingerbread houses, went mini golfing, bowling, to the Sand Dunes, Pirate Island Pizza, movies, shopping and spent some time with family.
Loved having the kids home for a few days and loved being able to hang out!
We stayed home for Thanksgiving for the first time ever and sadly I am thinking it might be the way it is from now on. Both sides of my Family had some drama and I am so glad I was not there to watch either side fall apart even more. I am so sad this holiday season, watching the people I love grow further apart from each other and slipping out of my reach at the same time. I love my family all of it, even the parts that are not related by blood, but the hurt of knowing that I cannot hang on any more has me almost willing to give it all up!

I am getting super excited, this week I am going to Little Shop Of Horrors with My Mandy, and Kelsey. Jordan is coming Saturday, and next week is Thanksgiving with Tina and her family. I am looking forward to the holidays for the first time in years!

Busy Busy

It seems I have gotten so busy I never have time to update my blog. Things are finally slowing down for a sec so I thought I would share a little. I am super excited about things coming up, one Jordan is coming down for Thanksgiving, Two we are getting family pictures while he is down, three I am having Thanksgiving at my house this year my my super Sis-in-law, and her cute little family.
I have finally got to a happy place in my life I have given up the fight of things that are not important and am re-discovering the things that are! I love my family, my kids and my husband are great I am really lucky! My Sister is awsome.. don't know how she does it and still has a smile! I am getting to know my step Mom Amanda and learning she really is a sweet person. I look forward to getting to know my other Siblings and there families a little more this holiday season.
For the first time in a long time I am excited to have the Holidays fast approaching!

Attitude Adjustment

I am in need of an attitude adjustment! I have been so mean and angry lately and I cannot get my attitude under control! I need more sleep, more money and less stress please, please serenity now!
Baahh I hope that this ends soon!

Slacker.. ME!

So I did the very thing I hate others to do and have not posted in about a month. My life seems so crazy and I thought with the kids back in school I would be able to get "control" again, but with two drill practices a day, games on Fridays, football practice three times a week, and Kayd's games on Saturday's I cant seem to even keep up on my house. This is all in addition to working 55-60 hours a week, cooking dinner, grocery shopping and paying bills. Whheeww I am exhausted!

So now that summer is over we will not get to see Jordan for a little while, he also plays football and cannot miss any games, He is trying to make a name for himself, trying to show them he deserves his spot on the JV team as starting QB! I am super proud of him and his determination and drive, he is a good boy and we are lucky to have him in our lives!

As a last minute trip we took the kids to Sand Hollow in ST George this last weekend we had a good time we went with some good friends, it was nice to share our vacation with them.

I still have one little puppy left to sell it has not been an easy task with the economy the way it is people are just not spending the money on new pets! She is super cute and may end up our new addition!
Today is Tony's birthday and we are going to dinner with our friends Tab and Dallin, they are taking us out.. How sweet. So Happy Birthday to you my sweet husband! I love you so much and hope that your day is full of happiness and I hope all of your dreams come true!

Our anniversary is coming up on the 29th and I cant believe it has been 12 years. It is so crazy, but I would not change it for the world I love him very much and cant imagine my life with out him!
